Designing the Defender Dossier Event experience required a user-centered approach focused on research, usability, and iterative prototyping. This case study explores the UX process from initial discovery to prototype development, emphasizing how user insights and design principles shaped the event’s digital experience. Through wireframing, user testing, and iterative refinements, the goal was to create an intuitive and engaging interface that supports both event participants and organizers. While still in the prototyping stage, this process lays the groundwork for a seamless and effective user experience.
